Interior Design

Interior Design is more than just Styling or Staging; Typically without structural modifications, this involves rejuvenating your property ensuring the spaces truly reflects you and your style.

This service involves all aspects in our comprehensive Styling service, plus-

-Measured Survey to create detailed scale drawings, and present an optimized floor plan

-Space-planning

-Customised room designs including surface finishes, creative colour palettes lighting concepts, window treatments, tailored joinery and furniture recommendations.

Extensions and Alterations to Property

If you've recently acquired a property in need of a complete transformation, we collaborate with you to bring to life a seamless, exhilarating, and all-encompassing vision for your newly renovated or entirely remodeled space.

In case of full property renovation, the process commences with a thorough evaluation of how the space can be reimagined. Our architectural team will work in partnership with structural engineer to bring out the desired layout and fresh look. This typically involves the introduction of new walls and openings, alterations or removal of existing structures, and the introduction of innovative ideas, each unlocking a world of possibilities.

We follow RIBA Plan of works for the stages in which the design process happens and work progresses-

Stage 1- Feasibility study and measurements

Stage 2- Design and pre- application

Stage 3- Planning application/ permitted development application

Stage 4 (a)- Technical design, building control, fit-out and tender

Stage 4 (b)- Tender evaluation, contractor selection and signing contract

Stage 5 (a)- Construction and contract administration incl. Site visits to inspect work

Stage 5 (b)- Procurement of all client supplied items

Stage 5 (c)- Interior design- final finishes, lighting & furniture products & joinery/ cabinetry- this stage encompasses all the elements from our styling and interior design packages.

Stage 6- Defects period and final payments
